The MISSION of CCDC: Seeks to strengthen, support and empower individuals/family members throughout the Northern regional counties of Mississippi, select southern county areas in central MS and TN the city of

Memphis counties Fayette and Shelby.  To improve, increase and to become more knowledgeable by providing the following excellent outreach services: A Comprehensive Home ownership Center Program, Financial Capability/Coaching, Career Development/Entrepreneur and Leadership Empowerment Training.
