History & Vision
*In October 4, 2004, Covenant Faith Outreach Ministries Inc., (church) received it's 501(c) 3 tax exemption status. In 2005 Covenant Community *Development Corporation was launched as a faith-based extension of CFORM.
*December 2006, Covenant Development Homeownership Education, Counseling Center was established to provide comprehension services to the low-to medium income, special needs population of the state of MS.
*November 2009 CFORM/Covenant CDC, became a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency.
*March 2010, we Adopted the National Industry Standard for Professional
Excellence in Homeownership Education and Counseling by the Advisory Council and received Foreclosure Prevention Certification.
*NCHEC/NeighborWorks certification for Program Manager and Executive
Director.
*In April 2015, received certification in Financial Capability/Coaching and various other national membership, association and affiliations.
*Since 2007-2018 Covenant CDC Homeownership has served over 800 clients.
